Refund & Cancellation Policy
Deposit Refund Conditions
If you cancel your installation more than 48 hours in advance, we will refund your deposit in full. Cancellations within 48 hours may result in retention of the deposit to cover scheduled engineer time.
Cooling-Off Period
For off-premises contracts, you have a 14-day cooling-off period post-installation, provided the equipment is not custom-made. If services were fully performed with your consent, refund rights may be limited under Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Warranty and Claims
All equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We assist with warranty claims and offer a 12-month labour guarantee on our workmanship, ensuring your satisfaction and peace of mind.
